Project Manager
Liberty Hill Construction is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Project Manager. Liberty Hill Construction is a highly respected Design/Build Remodeling company, located in Bedford, NH. Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervise, monitor and oversee the progress of the projects including worker productivity of production staff and trade partners
- Ensure project complies with all building codes, health, safety and any other legal or regulatory requirements
- Coordinate on-site trade partner involvement, meeting each trade partner on their first day to review scope, expectations, and site readiness, while ensuring the jobsite is prepared for the next scheduled trade partner to maintain project timelines.
- Maintain quality control procedures and jobsite cleanliness
- Verify and confirm material take offs and purchase orders as needed to maintain efficient schedule and delegate as needed
- Assist in the inspection of quality work performed by trade partners
- Inform the Production Manager of the progress of the project, including any customer concerns, problems and/or delays
- Prepare and complete change-orders and get approvals from homeowner as they arise throughout the project
- Communicate with the Customer to make sure their requirements and specifications are met through weekly updates, weekly on-site meetings and address any concerns in a timely fashion
- Responsible for the efficient use of the company’s time, manpower, and materials on each project as included in project estimate sheets
- Manage and assign tasks to Lead Carpenter, Carpenter’s Apprentice and/or Laborer as needed
- Oversee delivery of materials, verify completeness and inspect as needed
- Maintain and update project schedule created by Production Manager after PM handoff by overseeing selections, deliveries and complete necessary change orders
- Ensure the project(s) is completed according to approved budget and schedule, making adjustments as needed

Job Type:
- Full-time (year-round)
- Monday-Friday
- 8 hour day-shift with potential for overtime
- 7AM-3PM shifts, with some flexibility
Pay:
- Base pay $75,000-$85,000 annually (not including benefits)
- Potential for profit sharing plan and incentives

Education & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in general construction
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record as local travel is required
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organization skills
- Ability to take and give direction in a clear and concise manner
- Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
- Clear communication skills necessary
- Strong working knowledge of job site safety guidelines
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to comprehend building and construction plans required
- Required to stand for long periods of time, lift a minimum of 50lbs and work at heights as needed by project demands
License/Certifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
