You will leave this meeting with a clear understanding of how we will approach your project and if we will be a good fit. We can decide together if one of our tailored Design Agreements makes sense for your project.

Our primary focus during this meeting will be addressing the challenges that initially led you to seek our assistance. To do this, we revisit the topics covered in our First Appointment and work towards finding solutions that align with your wants and needs for the project. Ultimately, our goal is to explore how we can turn your vision into a reality.

At this meeting your project is beginning to take shape. We review the preliminary plans of your project and attach a budget to it based on your wants and needs that were previously discussed. This gives you a better understanding of the project’s scope and estimated cost range. By the end of the meeting, we will have determined if we are on track or if adjustments are needed to align the project with your wants, needs, and investment goals.

At this point, the hard part is over! We have gone through your project with a fine tooth comb and laid out each piece. During this meeting, we will go through your project specifics piece-by-piece and what you can expect. Additionally, we will answer any remaining questions you may have and begin talking about potential timelines. By the end of this meeting, you will be an official Liberty Hill Construction customer!
