Preparing a well-defined budget is crucial to any project and can add a great deal of clarity to the project. The Budget Overview meeting ensures the project is trending within financial parameters originally discussed with a more clear path forward.
What can you expect from this meeting?
Review plans
When we review the initial plans, we anticipate the need for modifications. This meeting provides us with the opportunity to examine the 3D concepts and floor plans in detail, making necessary changes to align with your wants, needs, and budgetary requirements.
Discuss low-end & high-end budget
The preliminary plans provide us with an understanding of the financial aspects of your project. By assigning a budget range, we can make more informed decisions about necessary adjustments to the project and plans.
Consider next steps
Finally, we will determine next steps, including actively verifying any plan revisions and their impact on the communicated budget range. Additionally, we will arrange an introduction to the Production Coordinator and start inviting our Trade Partners to assess the project and provide more precise project costs.
